Not before than January next year. As this quota was for the whole year so next will come jan next year hopefully

They usually announce the opening of new streams for the following year near to the end of the current year, so maybe in December we will know when they will start the 2016 intake.

Below is the SINP response in relation to insert wrong applicants' category:

We are aware of the technical issue in which files submitted prior to June 3, 2015 may not be showing the correct application category. Our IT department is working on this issue.

So don't worry. this is just a technical IT problem
