SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hello all,
Need your help, I'm ready with my package to CIC (after SINP nomination), which carrier should I choose?
Last time I sent package through UPS (FSW 14) but UPS doesn't deliver directly, it delivers through third party carriers.

Please suggest

Are you mailing from US as you posted earlier that you were coming back to Chicago. if so then there is no issue in using UPS as they do have one store in Sydney,NS hence i chose ups from Phoenix and no issues in tracking it till the end.
Generally when you send outside of this zone then they will hand it over to local courier and they will take care of it which is when we have disconnect. But if you are mailing from US then i dont see any issue in using ups or fedex.
if are you mailing from outside of north america then i think its same - they will hand it over to local courier. Not sure if fedex had tracking till the end without any disconnect.
Have you applied or got FBI pcc?

Is it possible to do upfront medical for non express entry candidate? I think we need a unique ref number to provide to the medical centre in order to upload the report

Yes FSWCIO it is possible for non EE candidates also, Since he received mail from local visa office and his ecas is live, he should have UCI number by now.

FSWCIO, Either you do upfront before sending to CIO (go to the doctor, he/she will generate one medical number or some number, then attach the receipt/some ack document with your file). Or wait till you get your uci.
If EE candidates can do upfront without uci then we can also do. No different.

YES, Evey body who has UCI can do medical upfront and doctor will upload the result straight in CIC's online system and assign it to applicant's UCI number but as I hear even medical result is received by CIC, it won't show up in ECAS until local visa office change the status of application from "application received" to "In process" and then then both line "In Process" and "Medical Received" will be appear together in the same day.

Got update from Local VISA office that they have received my application for PR.
Also they have mentioned that please do not contact them before six months have passed since you received this letter :-(

So this means File transfer is completed .
My ECAS is still showing the same status that application received at CIC.

Few qns: Seniors pls help->
Is there anything that i could the meantime .
What is the next status that i look for

Correct Dreamer. I too think that they will contact him sooner. It was just standard guidelines so that people dont bug them. Depending on their load/schedule, they will send out medical request in 2 months i guess.

As per my understanding the next status in ECAS would be MR if everything goes fine . Please correct my if I am wrong .

1. Husband's job is in SINP's occupation in demand list (NOC 4212)...but the 500 quota is filled already...hence can we still apply under skilled worked?

2. Husband's IELTS Score is L-5.5, R-6.5, W-6, S-6...He meets SINP's minimum criteria ..but does not meet Federal Requirement of CLB 7. Can he still apply directly under SINP's website without entering into Express entry?

Please clarify..

You can not apply in Express Entry Program but you can apply in SINP PNP International skilled worker without job offer program. Because the quota is filled for 2015 program you should wait for new SINP In Demand occupation program which will be open in January 2016.
Don't forget to keep your required money (Settlement Funds) in your bank account from 01 OCT 2015 to your nomination date in 2016.

Congrats buddy. The next step will be MR and RPRF request. NDVO may request additional document like education, employment and balance certificate as they normally asked many PNP applicants. So keep ready these documents also.
