All Saskatchewan lovers,

I found these videos about Saskatchewan Province:

"Immigration Canada Saskatchewan leads Canada with lowest unemployment rate in country"
http://tinyurl.com/olgh4by

"Southwest Stories: A Documentary On Southwest Saskatchewan"
http://tinyurl.com/qhsjt9u

If you want to immigrate and live in that province please watch those videos and please share your opinion about the content and things they discuss in those video. ;)

After watching those videos the question is: What do you think about Saskatchewan?

TinyURL is blocked for me. Can you please share full link? I have applied under SINP and would love to watch the videos.

Experts plz advice..

I am from other forum. I made my application for SINP EE on 12 June. I and my wife showed Settlement fund jointly (not joint account but showed half-half in respective account). The SINP clearly states fund can be either from applicant account or spouse account or joint account.

Do CIC (federal) accept same or just from applicant ?

In the application to CIC for Permanent Residence under Provincial Nomination, they don't require proof of funds.

I think immigration rules in Canada are same between CIC and Provinces so I think when SINP accept your joint account then CIC will accept that as well. ;)

You will find many videos that show you
That Canada is the land of opportunities
This is pure advertisement

But there is a lot of pages where people
Complaing of the lack of opportunities
For newcomers

Why? because they requiere from you
The Canadian experience an excellent
Level of English , education in Canada
Etc

So many newcomers need to look for
Survival employees , return to school
In Canada and do everything they
Could to try to get a job in their field

So Canada is not the paradise on the earth

Despite of all of this, we still want to
Fight for this dream and help our
Children to grow in a better place

God help us to all in this Journey

Hello can anyone please tell me how could I calculate my points/eligibility for SINP

Right you are.... Some movies may show a newcomer lands in Airport and next days sitting in a executive chair in a full glass-build shiny multistoried office with some files in front tensed as he need to make big decision. At evening dancing in the stage of a night club or pub with girls. Wow...

Life is not like that actually. For newcomer we must struggle and fit ourself in there before everything. Without LOCAL experience and education ( unless you are a top class nuclear scientists ) everyone do need survival job. Let's not call it survival job.... It's still a job/work.

Still we have to agree Canada is a great place for living. Big Up Canada. ;D

Thank you my friends for your comments but I think you both talked about the first video, I want you to talk about both videos link together. I mean when you look at the first video and then look at the second one, what do you think about Saskatchewan inside Canada at all?!

Friends,

I am seeking your suggestion regarding the following issue.

SINP nominated me under skilled worker category without job offer in 2014. I have completed my medicals and now ECAS showing "in process". Please see my profile info for details. I received a mail from the local visa office requesting updated personal history and address details. Moreover, I am quite confused and surprised with the following request. They requested me to submit "Current permanent job offer from your prospective employer in Canada". But the fact is that I received nomination based on the skilled occupation in demand (without any permanent job offer). That's why we need to prove the settlement fund and licence(if needed). So frustrated!!!!!!! They gave me 30 days timeline to respond.

Can you predict the reason for asking this kind of document? What should be my response in this case?
