SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

I have just noticed in the CIC PNP document check-list that IELTS (Except for NOC C and D), new/recent Bank Statement and previous employment references are no longer needed for CIC PNP application. I thought I still need to provide them. It saves me from travelling or making stressful request from my bank back home then.

Why then did you think I asked you to file the application tomorrow?

I just noticed in my online profile that my employers were arranged according to the most recent as per my job duties and responsibilities in occupation in demand while the JDs outside Occupation in demand was moved to the back.

Dear tols are you saying that IELTS is no longer required?, only for those on NOC C and D?

This is not correct, my friend. The IMM5690 (Checklist Form) is stating that in the past, dates before July 1 2012, IELTS
was not required for NOC under C or D, but now it is required for those NOCs. This doesn't mean that NOC B, A, 0 are exempt of showing
IELTS it is a MUST.

Practically they are clarifying that practically all NOCs need IELTS proof.

Talking about the previous employment references, Did you check if they required this in the past.

Supposedly, the CIC at Sydney perform a match between your NOC and your work history, but how they will do that
if they don't have your work history.

But you are right currently in the checklist there is nothing about work history...

Also, your nominated NOC is included in the province certificate. The PN certificate command respect brother as it can be compared to a Canadian skilled offer of employment according to the new CIC EE.

Right now my Visa office need 17 months to provide Permanent Residence, I hope all this times start to fell down as long as Express Entry mature.

Does your Job Title fall in any of the underlisted?

Yes,spicy, I am a financial accountant.But I think Job title is not the criterion SINP assess whether or not your work need regulated, the work experience and job responsibility are.

Yes it is regulated. I waited patiently for this year application just because of the licencing. I started my licence appication immediately I discovered I won't meet up with last year. It took about 11 months for the whole process, from Uni Cert,,transcript, C.V submission. The first process was paying application fee and my transcript was evaluated by the body which, took about 5 month. Then, comes skill exam and previous work experience reporting and approval which took 3 month. Then membership payment and certification. It was just God's grace, long and proper planning though. Before sending the mail, just verify your work experience and NOC 1111 if it is not related then also a problem. they is a chance from their end to mention as "Your work exp is not in demand" and Whether NOC 1111 is a regulated work?. then license is required

Hello house,
Thank you all for your comments on those of us with Job category NOC 1111. I would specially like to thank @ spicey for his/her comment and criticism on my last post. Lemme narrate my journey so far since I got the email from SINP requesting 'proof of eligibility for licensure' within 15days.

I sent an email to CPA SASK, but didn't get a response, hence i decided to telephone them and i must confess the lady who received my call has been very helpful. First I explained to her the situation those of us with NOC 1111 find ourselves cos of the sudden change in rules from SINP. she acknowleged that SINP didn't carry them along in their decision making hence the initial confusion that resulted in the NOC not licensed. Now let me stressed here that licensing of NOC 1111 in Saks is based on which type of accountant you are. I'm a chartered accountant so my JOB is licensed in the province.


I explained the special circumstance to her and the lack of time in getting the whole licensing done. She advice I send in my WES degree assessment and also a copy of my University transcripts. The transcript must be sent from my university directly and they won't accept student copy. I guess these 2 documents will get the initial assessment done which is really what SINP requires for nomination. I have sent those document to them.

The initial assessment with CPA SASK takes about 4-6wks but I've been pleading with them if they can fast track the process for me. The struggle still continues.. I will see how much I can the get this sorted out. I will resume negotiation with them next week and hopefully I can get something to present to SINP within the 15days I was given.

I hope this will help those in similar NOC (NOC 1111).
