"Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan license from the regulatory body will be required as part of the SINP application."[/font][/color][/color]

To get eligibility for license, It is a long and formal process involving fees and few steps, does it mean we have to go through this to get that proof of eligibility as a part of application. It could mean if SINP application get rejected for any other reason, all the fees and efforts to get that eligibility license will go waste.

Any thoughts guys?

I'm reading and following up all SINP threads since my husband applied his SINP application in June 2013.

Finally after 7 months, he got his nomination today. Skilled worker "B" with job offer.

Please could someone who has gone through or has similar case share their advice on my queries below:

1) Can my husband gets work permit by flag poling in Edmonton airport using his multiple entry visitor's visa (valid until 2015) and his nomination letter?

2) Can I and our 2 kids possible to flag pole too with him since we have all our multiple entry visitor's visa (valid till 2016)? Can they issue an open permit for me and study permit for my kids?

3) Or he needs to apply work permit in Canadian Embassy of his country since we are outside Canada? If so what is the approximate processing time to issue work permit? Am I going to apply separate permit too and my kids as well?

4) What is the usual validity of nomination? Is the work permit to be issued will have same validity of the nomination?

5) How many months are we allowed to lodge our PR application to CIC after receiving our nomination?

Hi I got email from sinp on 17 may 2013 asking for pay stub, credit card statements, tax assessments, healthcard detail, utility bills and address proof. I submitted all documents. Now they sent email on 24 jan 2014 and they want to set an interview at regina office or want to talk on phone about this issue. Did anyone got this type of email. I lived in SK for 5 months after my pr than i went to india in october for 4 months and now i want settle in ontario but I am confused. Can anyone guide? It will be big help. Thanks in advance.

Ecas account suspended in October 2013


My problem is that my Ecas account suspended in October 2013 and till date no update, as I cannot login.

My consultant says that it is because....... my case officer has either come up with some decision ( nomination issued) or they are updating my account with relevant documents.

it has been 4 months since my Ecas giving login credential error..........

any one having OR faced same issue here ? specially from Pakistan.........

My consultant has given different email ID to SINP so I cannot check with SINP people

confused and worried :-\

Dear Friends

After suspension of my ECAS for about 4 months, my consultant again gave me the new user name and password last week and now I am able to login.

Now, my Application status is " Application submitted"

My category has changed to "International Skilled Worker"

I am SINP Skilled worker applicant from Pakistan.

Timeline

Applied file in March 2012

Document Request submitted July 2013

E-CAS account suspended in October 2013

E-CAS again online in Feb 2014 with status "Application Submitted"

Anyone here who went through OR going through the same situation???????
