i applied in 6 dec 2011 and AOR received on 9 jan 2012

noc- 3112 gen. physician .

i am from india and studied from Belarus .

what you comment on my status ??

Hi dr4u, You will get some good news soon i believe. Because they treat NOC A as priority.

BUT I APPLIED UNDER FAMILY CATEGORY , NOT SKILLED WORKER , DOES IT MATTER , THEY WILL

PROCESS MY CASE FASTER THAN OTHER PERSON , WHO APPLIED IN FAMILY CATEGORY BUT NOT IN NOC A. ????

yes. Than i think you have to wait longer than skilled worker category (SWC)..... They give priority to SWC than Family class.....

After nomination, how much approx. time will take to complete whole process, means, till visa stamp. i applied from saudi arabia (visa office is london).

Beachmoon - If you have already given IELTS in Feb 2012 and have submitted the results why is SINP asking you for the results again. To my understanding the IELTS results are valid for two years. Please let me know.

Dear ajevaemasumi !

I had submitted the application in January 05, 2012 and acknowledgement letter received in February 2012, (I done my IELTS after submitting my application). After 1 year they asked me to submit the IELTS and now i have submitted.

Frezzer - Have you submitted the additional documents requested by SINP. I believe your nomination will come pretty soon once you submit the documents.

Not yet. As soon as I apply for these documents I realised that is not easy to make them ???. It's takes some time and it's very expensive as well :o. I hope all papers will be ready to send at the end of next week.

i would to share that my 2 freinds who applied in jan,12, one of them have got the nomination on 5th feb, & 2nd. one have received the addcititional documents like SOA & Expereince letter as request...

I think the SINP is working on jan,12 applications

I am March 2012 applicant SINP SKW, good to know from your friends

just a quick query,

1.What is SOA?

2. your friend who got nomination, did he also get add doc request or got nomination directly?
