hi! need advise lng po, nalilito kc ako kung work permit or pr application ung isa-submit ko. just got my nomination po last week. ok lng po kaya na magsa-submit ako ng application for work permit at PR na ng sabay? meron po ako job offer. tnx!

Frezzer! these days, it is taking almost a year after nomination for SINP Skilled worker category applicants

Frezzer - I would suggest that you call SINP and check what is going on and why so much delay. There is no harm in calling and checking.

Under skilled worker category w job offer letter what is the different between ( job offer letter ) and ( job approval letter ) they need job approval letter before applying or anytime after applied please clear my confusion

i also same in boat , i applied march-2012 skilled worker with job offer letter , additional doc required submit -5th july 13 , still waiting ......

i want to just confirm with you on sinp employer site - front of my job , they mention blank like this
- we received job approval form as on ____________

so i dont understand , whats means my employer submit my job approval form or not ?

may nakita kasi ako isang member pinacancel un work permit kasi mag issue na ng PR visa, nde kasi pwede sabay yan dalawa kung nasa pinas ka unless gamitin mo muna na working permit mo ppunta ng canada then doon ka mag apply ng PR. sad to say nde nya narefund un binayad sa working permit.

ganun po ba, sana lang po mauna po talaga ang work permit ko. ang importanta sana makapunta na ng Canada para makapagtrabaho, hirap ng buhay dito sa Pinas.

even iam planning to apply for Sinp PR under skilled worker category as i have consult some one here and every agent have a different story which is hard to believe so if any of u have personal experience please do help me for my assessment m sharing my profile here please put your input:

NOC code is 7265 but don't know under which level it falls
i have 1 year full time trade diploma as welder.
more than one year of experience in same field but less then 2 year
job offer is arranged,
IELTS score: 7 (G)
age: 24
finance more then cad$40k
employer support for LMO


do i qualify for 35 points is there any chance of rejection, did anyone applied under this NOC code. ???

Aoa, I am sept 2011 SINP Skilled Worker Applicant ans still waiting for nomination , Any idea the case of so much delay , that might be due to employer approval letter ? 1 of my friend has got nomination with the same employer > please guide me
