The room is on the TOP FLOOR !

The room is completely unfurnished.

First and last months rent is a MUST.

The rent is $ 400 for SINGLE OCCUPANCY

The bungalow is conveniently located at Martin Grove and Finch and is walking distance to Humber College, Humber Regional Hospital. Shopping malls, Pearson Airport etc. are close by.

The Kitchen and Washrooms are shared.

The rent includes:

Wi-fi Internet
All bills
Parking

I am now in Mississauga, staying in an independent room in a shared accommodation. But, I am not happy with this house (I booked it before coming here without even seeing any pics). Anyway, so I need a new accommodation starting June 1st, preferably in Mississauga, or Etobicoke. If you do have something available, please let me know. Thanks
