Hi ! I found this forum really helpful. I found answers to many queries from this forum. Actually there is one question I want to ask that is a single person can apply for canada immigration under skilled worker program or its necessary that he/she should be married and apply with spouse?

Yes, single applicants can apply, there is no requirement that applicant must be married.
