I'm under the procedure of immigration Canada. But recently I realized that I got pregnant with my boyfriend for three weeks. Currently I'm in Canada and my boy friend has already been a PR for a couple of months. I have the valid student visa for three years. We originally planned to marry when both of us get the PR but things seem to have to be shifted to an earlier date.
I have passed the medical examination more than half a year before.
My question are as follows:
If the baby was born in Canad, will he receive the Canadian citizenship?
I haven't married with my boy friend, but does my son will be covered under the medical system of Canada? By the way, now we are in Quebec.
Shall I need to tell the CIC this fact when I receive my PR visa? I predict that the date of receiving will be at the end of August.
Or, can I marry with my boyfriend before I receive the PR?
I really hope someone could give me some wise idea about this sudden situation. We have been waiting so long no to marry due to the immigration issue. All we hope is to receive the PR together and marry with each other with the PR identification.
Thank you very much!

Yes, the baby will be Canadian if born in Canada.

If either you or the father is covered by RAMQ, then the child will have coverage as well. You don't have to be married.

There is no need to tell CIC that you are pregnant.

You can marry your boyfriend whenever you want.

Thank your for your answer and I think it's really helpful for me to make the decision.
My boyfriend told me that the CIC used to send him a letter indicating to inform CIC any changes of your personal civil situations, including if you give or intend to give birth to a baby in Canada. We don't want to make any fraud but who can make sure about this accidental case happened. Therefore, we were very confused.

The guidelines don't say anything about 'intend' to give birth. They do mention marriage, birth, death and divorce. You should move to Canada as soon as you can, because there could be restriction from the airline on travel.
