SINGLE ENTRY TO MULTIPLE ENTRY WITHIN CANADA

Hi Could anyone let me know how to change from Single entry to multiple entry within CANADA?

This could be a Visitor Single entry to Visitor Multiple Entry or
Spouse single entry to Spouse multiple entry

As far as I know, you have to apply for a multiple entry visa separately. When you apply for the visa, you indicate on the application form whether you want a single or multiple entry.
