Have a nice weekend
Temasek said:There are 4 Singapore based DMPs. Anyone with bad experience with them? Do PM me if its something you do not wish to disclose in a public forum
- Sen Clinic at Tanglin Shopping Centre
- Drs Horne & Chin Pte Ltd at Shaw Centre
- Chew Da Costa Pte Ltd at Orchard Building
- Dr T C Tan Medical Consultant Pte Ltd at Robinson Towers
Need to make an appointment with one of them. Preferably someone who has the facilities to complete all parts of the MR examination within the clinic or within proximity to the clinic.
Thanks for your help. Cheers.
The following tests are required, and depending on the age of the applicant.edidigit said:Do you have any information about the DMPs?
Temasek said:The following tests are required, and depending on the age of the applicant.
1) Complete physical examination for all family members;
2) Chest x-ray for everyone aged 11 or above;
3) Blood test for eveyone aged 15 or above;
4) Urinalysis for everyone aged 5 or over; and
5) HIV testing for everyone aged 15 or over.
Did mine at Dr Horne & Chin Pte Ltd at Shaw House. Charges there are as follow;
1) $150 for those aged 15 or above; and
2) $120 for those aged 11 to 15.
I don't have the cost for those aged less than 11. In all the entire visit, including the x-ray, took less than 2 hours.
Cheers.
You are given 60 days to complete the examination. There was no request for my Passport though, but they asked for a Personal Net Worth Statement.
