I checked my CIC account and I don't have such option. May be they were asking for passport submission after PPR, but submitting passport to VFS for processing is enough. So please ignore it.
I sent an email to SGVO and got a reply in 10 minutes to ignore it.
But actually I only want to remind them that they already have our passports
Update on Passport submission to SGVO:
I got a phone call from SGVO regarding my spouse passport. The one who called seems to be the same guy who interviewed me in December. He was asking if we are still married since my spouse’s passport was not submitted
I explained to the agent that my husband sent his passport to NDVO after receiving the instruction from CPC-O. Apparently, these VOs are not communicating with each other.
Anyone who had received such calls?

Where u from and when u submit? I have submitted on 7 Mar, and no updated information until now, what happen, u know?
u mail them to collect PP in urgent? or they just review ur situation and process it fast?
I was also thinking like that few weeks ago and when I checked the immitracker, the last PPR for PNP was 03-Jan. Frustrating, I know. Just waiting for my husband’s passport from NDVO then I will order GCMS to know exactly what happened during the processing time, when I thought SGVO was sitting on my file.
When was your AOR?
I am concerned that they may not approve anyone for months like they went silent in 2016 and 2017. Not much one can do other than wait. I am Nov AOR.
My worries too. I know that no PPRs were sent from Mar to Sep last year. The last time I saw SGVO gave out PPRs to few was in December. Perhaps those who got PPR from SGVO are not members of the forum or the immitracker
