May I confirm with you that you got your PER from CIC on 18th March and AOR from SGVO on 23rd June? cannot understand how come you have the following similar statements:

Thanks for the quick reply. Then it is quite interesting. Maybe actually your file has just reached to SGVO, however due to unknown reasons your ECAS jumped over RBVO and went immediately to IP, this reminds me of some other earlier applicants who got IP also very soon after PER, and some wait for very long yet still stuck in RBVO (like me).
