I am from Bangladesh

I have applied for my Study Permit and my wife's OWP on 5th May

Eligibility review started between 20-22nd may

Completed biometric on 6th June

Got a medical call on 10th June and passed on 15th June.

Intended program: MSc in Financial Analytics in Trent University, Ontario

Till today I haven’t got any update. I am eagerly waiting for the decision

from what I read it usually takes 10 working days for any kind of result or request.

Yes.

Raised a webform on 7th july and got a reply on 13 that my file is still pending for officer's review

I have no idea about it.
On of my friend's applied just after 4 days of my application, our profile is same and same University. My friend got his visa on 13th July.

It's just impossible to understand their procedural logic with cases being treated so differently.
