have you got any letter from Singapore visa office asking a explanation letter on evidence of residing at Quebec? after AOR you suppose to get such type of letter. My application was reached june, 2016, AOR nov-2016, asking a explanation letter on December, 2016 and since then waiting for MR

CSQ 05/2016
Federal application reached CIC on 11/23/2016
AOR 2/22/2017
Waiting for Medical Request.

I'm seeing many small threads for SGVO, does anyone know if there is a way to merge them?

My Federal application reached CIC on 28/01/19
AOR 14/3/9. Biometric done 2/4/19
Waiting for Medical Request.
