only got adr and pre arrival lettter may 08 2018 till now 17 month 10 day but no MR . where i tell and write to which authority so that before or within 19 month got MR, ppr or visa .

What is your AOR and FTR? What did they ask in ADR? I'm almost in the same boat. I got FTR in October 2017

Normally within 2 months. Sometimes within 1 week. There is no specific timeline so far. I know a few people who got MR within 7 days, whereas some people are waiting for more than a month.
