Usually it takes 1 month, however, one of my friends has got only within 7 days! So you can expect MR shortly.... May be by this month!!

Sometimes BG check, pre arrival comes after MR...ha ha...though they should come before MR. My friend got BG check and MR in the same date ... So difficult to tell.

This is upto them, may or may not. For verification, usually they ask in email so far.
