No need to merge.
SGVO creates fields for files upload under main applicant section ONLY,
however, if they ask you 2 PCCs for you and your spouse, they will create two fields to put two attachments under your section. Put the name of the file follow a name convention then they can know which file is yours, which file is your spouse. Similar to other files of you and your spouse.

Dear All,

URGENT HELP NEEDED !!
recently I have got a ADR Mail from Singapore VISA office, requesting for the my Medical and some supporting Documents, which are --

1. Schedule A online form (EIMM5669e) for me and my Spouse

2. Additional Family info form (IMM5406e) for me and my Spouse

3. RPRF for me and my Spouse

4. Police Clearance Certificate for me and my Spouse

5. POF

I have arranged all the Documents, but I am finding that in the CIC Web portal, there is only Uploading fields under the Principal Applicant (that is me), and no fields under the Spouse section.

I tried to save and merge our documents (2 persons into one) and upload. But, the eimm5669e form cannot be uploaded saved as regular PDF, it only can be uploaded as the Original Validated version. So, I cannot upload 2 files at one section.

Also, for PCC, there need to enter a Document Number, If I merge our two certificate into one, there will be Two numbers !!

Please suggest !! my last submission date is 20th July, 2018

all of my ADRs including for me and my spouse (example Employment letter, PCCs, Transcripts).
I think if it's not enough fields, please ask SGVO to add fields for you. The nyou can upload separately for you and ur spouse.

for the Schedule forms, you can ask NJABIN, she also has to upload that form for her and spouse.

the number of fields for attachments need to be equal to number of documents they require you and your spouse, e.g they ask us 4 PCCs, then they gave us 4 fields.
I think you should raise Web Enquiry to SGVO to add more fields for you. i saw someone do like that.

I have done my medical from Gleneagles Hospital Malaysia on 09Jul2018 afternoon. Doctor has completed uploading the file by 11Jul Morning and I have got medical passed in ECAS on 12Jul morning.
