Some get DM first after MEP 3-5 days, then 2-5 days got PPR.

Hi. I got my renewed passport today. Should I upload the scan copy through CIC Webform ? Do I need to email to sgvo as well?

For instance, MR and BGC are on 18-Jun-2018 of a candidate got DM and PPR within two weeks. On the other hand, my MR and BGC are on 13-Jun-2018 but no update till date. I can not find any trend how SGVO works.
