I am preparing to land, one of the most important task is opening bank account and fund it. I already opened scotiabank, but in the email they sent me, it said “ now you can make a wire transfer up to 50.000,00 CAD”
I am confused to understand whether I can only fund my account up to 50k or I can transfer as many as I can but each transfer not more than 50k?
I appreciate I you can shed some lights to my mind!
In case of only 50.000 is accepted, can we bring bank draft to Canada?

I passed medical exam, however other things have not yet changed.

My friend just received MR, his AOR /FT was the same to me, August 2017. They also asked them to update Schedule A, Police check

You can send wire transfer only one time and max limit is 50k cad. ( but can't send in parts like that 10k, 20k, 20k CAD etc. etc.)
You can carry bank draft of 50 Lacs CAD or more as well. No limit.
Only stay away from Income tax department of your country.
