I found it, very useful

First you should look for a CIC panel doctor who do up-front medicals. The doctor creates UMI number (Up-front Medical Identification number) on the government eMedical website. For an Up-Front medical, you do need to submit an Information Sheet. The UMI number on the Information Sheet tells the government where to find your medical report on their eMedical computer system. The Doctor will be submitting your medical reports through online. After that on your behalf just upload the Information Sheet which will be given to you by the Doctor through the IRCC webform.

Can you guide me how to send my upfront ME to CIC? I send it by email or upload it on GCkey. Thanks
If you need my advice for medical exam and in case you have enough money. I recommend you to go to the designated pannel center. Check diseas/health problems that you are worrying about. Ask for precriptions. Consult them about your health.
After that make appointment for a real ME and bring all medical reports you have when you go to do ME.
If you do that, you can know medical results, otherwise you dont know how is your health and in case you get fairness letter you are in passive situation!

Anyway, if you are totally strong and healthy,,, no need to do as I suggested!
Good luck my friend!
