Dear Bangladesh applicants, my cousin applied for PR last year, but today CIC requested for a clarification for different ID number on Passport & birth certificate. His passport was issued as per National ID card. But we didn't put National id card details on FORM IMM008 as there is no expiry date on our National ID card.
should we explain to CIC that passport was issued as per National ID which we didnt submit with PR application because of no Expiry date. also national id number & birth certificate number always different in Bangladesh.

is there any mispresentation issue comes up because we put "NO" for National Id card details on form IMM0008???

pls advise.

No not in Singapore. My family passed medical after 3 days.

I think you should explain clearly to CIC. So far I know Birth certificate and passport are issued by two different authority and I don't think they ever have same ID. Also explain the rationale behind putting "NO" in the national id card details.
