hi, I just sent my files to CIC. I would like to ask if I can use my LOA for me to get a Singapore PCC? or I need to wait for CIC request letter for me to get the Singapore PCC?

yes you can try. mine got approved, but for my wife rejected.

Generally status turn to DM before PPR mail...but anyway this is CIC you got good news this is best.be happy
