Don't worry. Singapore embassy maintain so much file, for this reason sometime for someone's might be delay.

Situation of Nusrat9991 and mine is almost same but my destined place is Saskatchewan. I am also waiting for next call after having my Medical Exam.

Dear Redstone, Manila office sent him an email regarding Free CIIP Pre-Arrival Employment & Settlement Session for him, which shows decision have been made and his pr application got approved otherwise he wont receive that email.
