My initial certificate has a NOC-2174, programmer. I didn't have an offer. I recently revised my PNP certificate because of a new offer, and the new NOC is 4165. I was requested to submit additional documents including job offer on 17-oct-2014, so I just sent them the job offer I just got at the end of September. Kind lucky that I can provide the job offer, although I am not sure why they ask for job offer. My original PNP certificate doesn't has a job offer attached to it.

Can u tell me that, i didnt sent any kind of job offer letter but showed sufficient seattlement fund as required by SINP at that time. When i sent docs to CIC they didnt ask for any kind of job offer letter. But when they ask for additional docs with RPRF they asked for job offer letter or explanation of not giving job offer letter. I explained in favor of seattlement fund. So, is it mendatory to sent job offer letter although i showed seattlement funds? As far i concern this letter was/is alternative option of seattlement fund. May be this is the reason ur processing is quicker. Besides this my NOC is 6211.

Actually i paid my RPRF payment @ month of Oct. & at 11th November they send me a receipt (hard copy) of payment by postal mail.

They added this line "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

I am in the same situation like you except I applied for jobs while my PNP is under processing. And I just got the offer 20 days before their request.
I don't know how I can help you for sure. If I were you, I will write a letter of explanation stating that my PNP doesn't not require a job offer (with proof from SINP guidelines, highlighting the category that you applied), and be honest to tell that I don't have a job offer now. It it better to tell them the truth. You can state that you prepared enough settlement funds if their request for job offer is concerning the fundings.
