point mukos,,, it does not take that long to make & send to dhaka from canada. if you have relative or friend in canada, it will take 5 minutes in any bank to make Bank draft & they can send it by DHL ( cost $100.00). Through DHL it will take 4/5 working days to reach dhaka. You may pick up from dhl office to save one day.

Or if you any know any one in hongkong or singapore, they can make it too. Only Bangladesh has problem to make.

Those dumpheaded SCB employees make excuses of Bangladesh bank Rules. I tried to pay my RPRF fee from SCB of BD but their response and attitute was very disappointing. Actually i think they hv no instructions of issuing any kind Pay order/ bank draft without MR for RPRF. They are just scumbags, dumpheaded assholes. So, should try with other alternative ways.

Yap, i got my receipt. i sent RPRF fee with additional docs @ 20th Oct. 2014. I applied for SINP....
