Bank gave you wrong message. All you need to bring a copy of the email instructions or letter from Singapore visa office. Also, you have to provide your marriage certificate if married. Better, go to Gulshan - 2 North branch, they are familiar with it.

Can anyone tell me how to send right of permanent residence fee without medical from standard chartered bank Bangladesh. Because I already went to standard chartered bank kawran bazar branch and they told me to do medical first. As per my instruction letter they need only right of permanent residence fee.



Is anyone paid theirs right of permanent residence fee without medical in this month from Dhaka Bangladesh .

It happens only in Bangladesh. Because they are ustad to spreed wrong information. it is not necessary for RPRF to do medical. in my case they asked for only RPRF. i paid it from canada.

Following are some of the reasons why PR package returned from CIO . Collected from other forum . I sent my package on 18th September 2014 and waiting for AOR

1- Used old Schedule 3 and other forms
2- Did not mention "VISA office name" in Generic Form and did not submit Additional Family information Form
3- Incomplete Application
4- Birth Certificate missing / issue
5- Incomplete Travels Form
6- The additional info. form for spouse was missing
7- Did not have mother and father name in birth proof ( school leaving certificate in his case)
8- File returned due to TWO NOC Code mentioned in the form
9- Incomplete Application
10- File returned due to Credit card payment declined
11- Credit Card Failed after several tries
12- Incomplete Application
13- File returned due to missing additional info form for spouse
14- Application returned due to Old Schedule 3 Form.
15- Did not sign the Payment Form
16- CC could not be charged.
17- User's mode of payment was International Money order in USD, not accepted by CIC
18- Missing Birth Certificate.
19- Missing Birth Certificate of Spouse
20- Birth Certificate not Included & Missing Supplementary Info Travels form
21- Reason- Photos were missing in application packet although applicant had sent it.
22- Additional family information form missing for spouse
23- Page 4 of Generic form missing

Don’t go on Sunday because SCB issue International bank draft from Monday to Thursday.

newplan2014, i experienced rejections twice also

first time in 2008 when they said that i need to complete my studies before i could apply
second time in 2009 when they told me that they are just updated the forms


just rectify and submit again, this time round, make sure u do a lot of thorough checks before submitting =)

By the way Standard Chartered Bank provided me the right information.

1 Application of the candidate
2 Copy of Passport
3 Fee Schedule
4 Letter from Immigration Authority (Demand Note/Offer Letter)
5 Nikah-nama (for spouse who has been selected)
6 Copy of Medical Report
7 Money Receipt for Medical Check-up
8 Form TM duly signed by the authorized signatory

O my god. I didn't try to paid fee from Bangladesh. if it is then i couldn't pay. SGVO didn't ask me for Medical. Onlt RPRF, PCC & others Document.
Ther must be someting wrong. you can try it from SCB Dhanmondi-5 Branch.

I gave them only the letter and Nikah Nama, nothing else.

NO i Can't pay my RPRF & i don't have enough time to make it from Canada .i just got a Bangladesh bank letter from stranded chartered bank which i sent with my additional documents with a letter . i visited four branches of stranded chartered bank .

Sorry to hear that. You are issuing a DD for a Governmental Organization (Receiver General for Canada). I really don't understand why SCB is making hell of issues just to issue a DD? Asking for so many documents including medical pay slip? Why do they need medical pay slip? why someone cannot pay the RPRF before doing the medicals!

I think, you should notify the SVO immediately via email with a subject line "URGENT"

point mukos,,, it does not take that long to make & send to dhaka from canada. if you have relative or friend in canada, it will take 5 minutes in any bank to make Bank draft & they can send it by DHL ( cost $100.00). Through DHL it will take 4/5 working days to reach dhaka. You may pick up from dhl office to save one day.

Or if you any know any one in hongkong or singapore, they can make it too. Only Bangladesh has problem to make.
