It's been a week today that I am not able to get any results from the ECAS system.
Initially, I could view my status, but since last Tuesday, it just returns a 'we are not able to identify you' screen.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue before?
Also, should I write to SGVO on this?
If yes, on a case specific enquiry or simply do a 'reply' to their notification of file transfer from CIC to SGVO?
Appreciate the advice, from seniors as well...
