I think I know why I got all at one go, I paid my RPRF first beforehand. Don't worry yours will come soon. Just collected my security clearance paper and heading to submit everything, hopefully all will be smooth

Officially submitted passport at the VAS in Singapore-S$68 for 2 applicants with SMS service.
They will sent on the next working day and I will go down collect it personally. There's nothing else but to keep finger crossed, pray hard and wait. Hopefully we can receive it before June, that would be sweet!

I apply for permanent residence as provincial nominee. I sent my application to Nova Scotia yesterday. My application will be reviewed at the visa office in Singapore.
Anybody plz tell me averagely how long an application, like mine, is done processing?

right now, waiting time is 30months.

the waiting time has been increasing by 2-3months every quarterly. it was 17months when i applied in 2011 and has increase to 30months since then but hopefully singapore visa office can speed up for you

Hopefully, all cases will be finalized within 6-12 months. Singapore VO ll transfer applications to other visa offices to satisfy the target of processing time: 6-12 months.

After you received your AOR from CIC, SgVO will send you a letter that they have received your file, right?

wolfrain, yup for me i received a letter through the mail with a receipt of the amount i have paid, it was received 1-2 weeks after application

I was just wondering if my app is in SgVO already since I haven't received any letter from them. I'm not sure if CIC sent it to SgVO, which is my visa office indicated in the form or if they sent it to CEM which is my home country. What do you think, should I ask CIC where my app was sent or wait just a little bit more? It's only been just a month since I received my AOR.

i think you should just wait.

what i received in my mailbox is the AOR. so if you have received your AOR via email, then it should be all good.
Maybe you should be thankful if they sent it to your CEM, SGVO takes a long time to process. It might not be a bad thing after all!
