finally, we have received medicals, police clearance and PPR today! =) this came as a surprise!!!
still recovering from the shock!

Kaisin, congrats buddie. Canada is now in your sight huh.

You know, I'm even more shocked than you. I'm in July 2012 application received batch heading to Manitoba from PNP.

Yesterday I received a Caips note that my file was transfered to Manilla VO from Singapore on 2/2/2014 due to the work load re-distribution.

And today I received an email from Manilla VO that I should process the medical exams & pay the right of permanent residence fee within 60 days.

Within 2 days I'm totally overwhelmed since I ve been guessing it's taking me another year to wait on the further updates from Singapore VO.

I believe CIC is trying their best now to reduce the processing time of permanent residences by re-distribution of cases among the VOs.

I do suggest you guys to order your CAIPS more often to review your case and I do believe we are all getting the processing with the speed of it's supposed to be.

God bless us and all the best to you all!!!
Alan

Hi all,

Please advise me on this:

Today i received an email from Manilla VO to start the medicals, payment of RoRPF and require me to submit the police certificates.

I had the acknowledge of application received on July 2012. In Oct 2012 I mailed to Visa office to add to my application:

- 01 police certificate from Holland that I lived there from 2002 to 2005
- 01 police certificate from the USA that I lived there from 2005 to 2007

In 2007 I returned to Vietnam and settle down here up to now.

I do understand that I have to submit them again the police certificate from Vietnam since they want to check the updates from 2012 to now.

I have a question that if I need to submit and mail the VO again the police cerfiticates from Holland and the USA that i never return since I left these two countries. I know for sure they still keep my previous ones from the application file package.

You know, to get a cerfiticate from each country you already left is very complicated and taking a lot of efforts.

Please advise me on this. Thanks a lot

Alan

Kaisin you need to make an appointment because they need to schedule it with the approved doctor of CIC.

I am sure that you just need to submit the police certificate from where you have been living since 2012, not the other two from Holland and the USA you did already.

Congrats...!
