but in our case they ask for IELTS when we applied for AINP.

kaisin form which country you have applied? my application received SVGO at 11 october 2011, but still "application received" on status

thanks! yours should be on the way soon. I'm applying from Singapore. have seen people getting medicals through snail mail and also email so am wondering which mine will come in. I hope that it will come soon, can't wait for this waiting period to end

hey guys,

if you have submitted your police certificates in your application and it has been more than a year you might want to prepare to get again updated ones. My files have been transferred from sgvo to manila and now the manila office is asking for police clearances again and submit within 30 days. Australian police clerance takes 15 working days, add the weekends and its 21 daysbso i hope i can get it in time.
It's sad that we have to incur additional costs and effort because of the very slow processing of sgvo.
anyway, just wanted to share my experience to give you some thoughts to consider in case you do get asked for clearances again.

Congrats Kaisin, good to know that finally there is some movement in the process.
Hoping that the PR process in particular for PNP will speed up now..

I did not apply for GCMS note. I am not planning to apply. I want to see how long they can take.

eeeaaasssy, yours is probably on the way. Some of the peeps here get their MR before the status change. It's really hard to predict how sgvo is processing the application.
