it's part of the law that every canadian has the right to look at his own information under the candian information act.
you may get your sponsor to retrieve the notes for you so that you will at least see what's going on with your case. For those that are doing family sponsorship, they can be aware of why the visa is denied and do something to furnish the visa office with more information. Given how slow sgvo is processing, if you have just submitted the application, you prob won't see much details...

it takes $5 to apply and are 30 days to come in pdf format. it's around 30 pages.

Thank you very much kaisin82!

Are the GCMS notes different than CAIPNOTES?

If we do one of them, will our files be delayed for processing?

Not sure of the difference, and it shouldn't be delaying your case as it's just pulling the case from the system, these days I'm just getting frustrated with the slow processing. I started messaging in this forum when it was at page 20, now it's page 175 and I have yet to hear from them at all!

Hope Medicals come soon before I go crazy ....

Daily Routine:

1. Look in to forum
2. check email
3. check status
4. back to the no. 1

Hi,
My bro-in-law, got reply from SGVO. Here it is.

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

We continue to work hard to make our processing of Provincial Nominee applications as efficient as possible. However, the times to review and to finalize the case may vary depending on the number of new applications received at our office, resources available, and the individual complexity of the application. Some cases require further investigation before a decision is made and therefore will exceed the stated processing times. In all cases, the applicant will be contacted directly should we require more information. Once this case has been reviewed and/or finalized, the applicant will be contacted with the next steps.

We trust this information will be of assistance.

Sincerely,
