About within 2 weeks from the pp sending date, ecas will update decision made, normally updates on weekend.

@ Taivoi, it's been 4 weeks since I've submitted PP's. During this time I've lost access to ecas on the second week and on the start of 3rd week I was able to see status again but the main page of ecas shows two lines instead of one. One line displaying in process and the other line blank. Instead of seeing decision made I see this anomaly. Can it happen that you get back passports even without decision made? Hoping this is not a bad indication.

have they started processing Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec 2011 Applicants????

@kaisin82,

They already sent Medical Requests to some applicants who got file numbers in January/2012.

I suggest you try to call DHL. There are some cases from other forum that the PP is ready to send but there was a problem with the address. After they called the courier, about 2 or 3 days, the PP was returned back to them. Normally it takes less than a month only. My passport was returned 14 days after received PPR.

Stay positive even though its really frustrating and sometimes hopeless..... There's always rainbow after the rain and light every end of a tunnel. ☺️

Ecas not always shows correctly , sometime technical errors on the website, nothing serious , not to worry bro, it is dec, holidays coming , delay can be, another reason is quota reached etc....

not yet.

its 25months and counting for me. nothing heard since Nov 2011. It's weird how they took so long to process our immigration when the rest of the world gets a speedy processing...

Appreciate the suggestion Forza2013 and congrats on your visa :) Hope everyone waiting receives good news as fast as you before the holidays.

I did try to check with VFS global Singapore(the secure recommended way of sending passports to Singapore VO based on my PPR). I think I got the address right as I confirmed it from VFS global and I opted to collect the passports on their office and not on my home address(I've even added in the extra SMS add-on service to get automatic notification the moment the passports are ready to collect). They said that it is totally up to the Singapore visa office in terms of when passports gets back. Traditionally, I think the processing time is slower here in Singapore VO compared to Manila VO in all aspects including PPR processing as I see a lot of people receiving visa's as fast as you from Manila VO. On my PPR, it says that to give them at least a month of processing. I've also seen some timelines from Taivoi's spreadsheet taking 1 month 8 days for visa processing. Just a little bit more patience, luck and prayers for me.
