Hi redstone, i only request for transfer through email for about 2 times. Just try to send them an email and for sure they will get back to you within 28days. Good luck!

BTW, my ECAS has not been updated eventhough I received PPR three days ago. Does it sound right ?

About within 2 weeks from the pp sending date, ecas will update decision made, normally updates on weekend.
