I see. But that is quite strange. Documents should be forwarded to your country of origin or your country of residence. On the other hand, Australia VO is far better than SGVO coz the processing there is only 11 months.

I am also a Filipino SG Pr they have sent my apps to sgvo but I have requested to trasfer my file to Manila and it was granted.

Hi Four Angels, good to hear that SGVO have accorded your request for transfer of visa office. Would u mind to share when did you request for transfer? Coz i have also email to SGVO last April for transfer request, but i have not receive any reply from them toll to date.

I received aor fr cio last sep 4 then on sep 30 I received aor from.sgvo. I emailed them immediately to transfer my file. Then I followed up via email on oct 16 night time, oct 17 I received email from sgvo that they have received my email and when my paper reached sgvo they immediately transfered to cem so I presume they transferred on first wk of oct 2013.

So have you received any communication from Manila Office After that. I am also having the same situation, CIO sent my file to SG instead of new Delhi, as I am working in Malaysia. My contract in Malaysia is till Aug 2015. I am not pretty sure if SGVO can complete the processing by Aug 2015.

Yes I had email from.Manila after that though it is not MR yrt but my request to amend my name...email from manila says yiur request to amend name has been taken action.wait for further instruction then my ecas is updated

Then thats a good news, after 8 weeks of file transfer to manila VO you'll receive a medical exam request..

Ill be moving to MB on 2nd week of Nov, but will return to SG after 3 weeks. Is it safe to leave Canada without PR card?

You can do that, your friends might receive cards and mail to you. Alternatively while returning back to Canada you can apply travel document from SGVO.
