Maybe it's on the way through registered mail just like kidrobot they didn't use his prepaid UPS envelope instead posted it via registered mail which took 2-3 weeks to arrive.

@boggz - are you from Philippines? I am just curious why you applied in Singapore office instead of Manila. Processing in manila is way shorter.

hi malfoy, yes i am from philippines. that is because i am a singapore pr and living in singapore for 7 years already. so no choice for me, they will assign my application to sgvo. :(

Oh i thought you can choose in the processing office in the country of your nationality or the country of your current legal residence because the application guideline says you can choose.
I am also a Pinoy and singapore PR but i chose SVO coz i thought it would be faster :/

I am not sure with today's application form. The time I made my application, I am not sure if there's an option to choose your visa office (not sure if i missed that). As far as I know, they will going to send my docs in the country where I am residing for the last 6 months. Also during that time, I am not aware of the processing time difference for Phils and SG. Also i think during that time, that is the start month where all visa applications should be send out to nova scotia.

I decided to wait a bit more, since there are some people i know also waiting for PPr over 6 months and no reply from sgvo for their enquiries.

UPS doesn't have prepaid envelope service so I wrote a letter for request using UPS courier service. Attached together with pre-filled airway bill. But they don't accept it, they still using registered mail.
