please fill the below question:

1. when u get the nomination?
2. when you applied for PNP?
3. when you got the AOR?

I'm sorry I think I know the reason for your confusion. I should have mentioned it earlier, I am not nominated yet. My bad.

But what I am hearing from other forums, I think any decision regarding my nomination could be close. Hence my concern over processing time after nomination and my would be visa processing office Singapore.

So, to answer your questions:

1. Not nominated yet.
2. I applied to SINP in August 2011.
3. If AOR means receiving acknowledgement from SINP, then it was in August 2011.

I'm sorry may be I should have waited after I got nomination before posting here. But I am a bit concerned about the timing after nomination as I have to plan few things depending on the processing time after nomination. Sorry for the confusion.

Processing time on cic website is anmestimated and it changes every quarter, by the time you get nomination and submit full packs, it might be less than 23 months , my suggestion is prepare your life for 2 year waitting for visa from your aor date from cic singapore. Hope it will be much shorter time by the time you submit.

Wow, another 23+ months. Awesome!

Rony>>ooh u applied to SINP in Aug 2011...dont be discouraged...we all went through this route.

I started applying in July 2008 (got rejected a year later as i did not fulfil the education requirement), then 3rd time again in Dec 2009. Took me slightly less than 2 years from 2009 to get our nomination. You can imagine that i have been waiting since 2008.

then add another 2 years of wait for singapore office to process.... -_-

we are all in this waiting process together....

Thank you for the words of encouragement. Still it sucks though :(

My sister who applied in in Federal skilled worker at the end of 2009. Her eCAS status changed to "In Process" in May 2012. And she got the visa last month and flying to Toronto on the 16th of this month.

I sincerely thought the time after nomination would be similar to the time frame of "In Process" to Visa. silly me! I was so wrong. And SINP says provincial immigration is faster. HOW?

Hi Rony,

I'm quite confused, you applied for SINP in Aug 2011, how comes you're not nominated yet? On the other hand, you've already got your AOR ??

Thanks buddy,

Thanks buddy,

I applied as a SINP family referral applicant. And as far as I know, SINP is still processing 2011 June-July applicants.

When I applied for SINP nomination in March 2010 - I got nomination in less than 8 months. few month after my friend and cousin applied for SINP and it took them 28 months to be nominated. The processing time is very lengthy now. it's not fast any longer...

brand new week, brand new hope. let this month be a harvest bountiful month for all!!
