Thanks Guys, sorry for the late reply Ima bit busy finding ways on how to obtain PCC from Saudi Arabia, I went to Saudi Arabia Embassy here and they asked me to go to Phil embassy, and when I went to Phil embassy it looks like they dont have any idea about that so no choice but to go back in Phil. and I will ask the saudi embassy there.

yes he paid it after getting nomination. actullay my brother in law applied for him & he doing all of ours papers work. who sponsored you?

Just landed yesterday. My Port of Entry was Montreal with a connecting flight to Winnipeg. The landing procedure was completed in 20 minutes. It was smoother than I expected. In Winnipeg its all white. Looks really nice at night with all those lights. Next Monday is my busy day for Stuffs like SIN Card application, Health card application etc. Talk to you later guys. this is your 20th/21st month of application, any of u received updates? are u going to email the visa office about the status? or order caips notes to see whats going on. if there's no movement/progress for you guys, there wont be any for us either....
