So it may concluded that Sgvo is working on cases who has AOR on Aug-2017 and FT on Sep-2017.

A friend (paperbased) of my friend received MR from SGVO on last week (with AOR on Aug 2017 and FT on Sep-2017). So candidates with AOR on Aug/Sep-2017 are counting breaths for MR soon.
