Make that three! Three years and six months after provincial application - PPR finally!

Question to those who already got PPR / VOH that are paper based. The PPR letter clearly states "You do not need to upload copies of your passport(s) and photos to your online Account.". However, if I go to MyCIC account and click on "View Submitted Application" it asks for passport and photo to be submitted. Can someone confirm I don't need to do anything here? Thank you!

From what time SGVO stopped to give MR ?
In the Immgration Family,I saw that some had real name reported to Canada on Feb 2017 that SGVO did nothing,then not long time,he and some others got MR.

Statistics shows, last year, SGVO started to issue MR from January 26, 2017. Hope SGVO will issue MR on upcoming week.

You dont need to upload photos.
Submit it to Vfs global together with all the necessary docs required.
