Mine was received by IRCC in SG on July 30. Still in process. Were you ask to upload a copy of your passport and a photo in your gckey account?
No, just got the instruction to submit with the passport.

Did they say in ppr letter that processing of documents will just take 30days? Mine too is beyond 3 weeks already.

I am a Canadian PR and am moving to Canada next month with my husband. We plan to apply for inland sponsorship together with an OWP application for him. We both currently are unemployed (I just finished my Masters overseas) and he will be going there on an eTA. Just wanted to ask some questions:
1) Is there a financial requirement to sponsor someone? Or does my husband need a proof of funds when he applies for his OWP?
2) Is it better to submit our application online, or by post?
3) When we fly to Canada next month, do we need to tell the immigration officer that we're applying for his PR? He has a return ticket to Singapore though.
4) Would we require an interview? Or is it random.
