I am an October applicant and my eMedical was sent to SGVO on April 02, 2018. Accordingly GcKey & ECAS were changed within 2-3 days. Since that time there is no update! My assessment is like VO is sending pre-arrival visa minimum after a month from eMedical issued date. So, I will wait with patience up to end of April.
 
Hi this is jasmeen, I am a provincial skilled worker nominee, but Singapore put me in their interview list last 15 January 18, BTW According to GCMS note i passed my eligibility and criminality at 15 January and security us hidden under the code no, s15(1) and medical not yet started. but my adopted son did not passed the eligibility so i need to face the interview to prove our relationship.
My query is long i have to wait for interview date from Singapore.
My next due update date is mention in GCMS note 27 july.

I am in a similar boat. Medical was passed 17th March. Since then GCKEY still says 'we will let you know when we start your bgc', no change. On the ECAS it has said 'decision made' for about a month (not sure because I didn't check that one regularly).

Hurray! I have just received my pre-arrival services letter. Maybe I shouldn't get too excited, because GCkey still says bgc not yet started.. but it feels like progress!! :)

Dear my eligibility passed at 15 January and BG started same time and that day i received pre-arrival service mail , but 15 January cic also updated my file and put me in their interview list according to GCMS note.

Today it crossed 95 days i guess. Really worried.

It's weird
Mostly officer visit bd for taking interview in feb and March
I had interview on March also there is so many people got interview date on March idk why they didn't call u in that time keep paitence
I think for work immigrant case is diff from spousal case
