I'm still waiting. 8 months and nothing. No interview queue or anything. 90+ days waiting for my GCMS notes. They flagged it as priority probably so I don't e-mail them again.

That's quite strange given that almost everyone eho is active in this forum and have a similar timeline have either put on Interview que or got PPR. I hope you will get the ppr soon. If not, you can ask your local MP's office have a look at the issue.

For the notes, I would email them again to remind them they are way overdue. I sent them another email after their priority email and they sent the notes shortly after.

Received the PPR today :) Not even 6 months since I dropped the application in the mail to Mississauga, no complaints from me about the SVO service.

I do have one question, which I'm sure has been asked and answered before....

Please submit original passports for:
1. You;
2. Your spouse/common-law partner (if applicable); and
3. All dependent children who will accompany you to Canada (if applicable).

Does this mean I send my (Canadian citizen/sponsor) passport as well?

Congrats! Happy for you. Finally, huh?

No, you don't send passport for who is already Canadian/PR
You need to send for your wife's (Primary applicant) and any dependent's was in the application for RP.

And in APPX B complete their details, not yours.

Good luck

Thanks very much, I was pretty sure I didn't send mine, but at this stage better safe than sorry and just ask ;D

Hey guys :D

Received the PPR today 23/11/2016

Received DM 19/11/2016

Thanks everyone <3

Congrats!!!!! Next step... CVAC.

Just a quick update for Vietnamese applicants about process in HCMC:
- Small photography shop at 57 Nguyen Vu which is around the corner from the CVAC and knows her stuff. Charged 70,000 VND for photos. Waited about 45 minutes.
- Arrived at CVAC at 9:15AM and there was a line up of about 40 people. Maybe go earlier?
- Line up was about an hour and dropping passport off was took about an hour.
- Wife was told that passport typically takes 4-5 weeks. However, as we are "urgent", we should have the passport back in 2-3 weeks.
- Have American funds to pay fees.
- We live about 160 KMs outside of HCMC and CVAC has a service to deliver the passport to our house direct, which is nice!

Anywho, wishing the best to everyone getting PPRs!!!

Wow.. when we went there was one other person there haha. Entire process took 15 mins. We paid extra for sms alerts but did not want them to courier the passport to our place. We will go back to Jakarta to get it when ready. Much faster that way.
