3-4 business days i guess. At max 5.

I have a silly question! Does having PPR essentially mean that CIC have done all the checks, including Background check and the application is closed? In eCAS it shows DM, but can't access MyCic. So just curious to know.

It's mean that they done all the check about elegibilty, security and criminality, but the apllication is not closed yet. They still can return your passport without the visa and copr, i've seen this happen on this forum. The appllication will be close after the visa and COPR is issue.

It's unlikely that you will have your passport back blank. There will be a beautiful shinny visa in it

I don't see why you would not be able to hand deliver it to the street address.

Went there this morning: they do not accept any drop offs. I need to mail or courier it.

Yes i hope so to , its 20 days since waiting for my PP to be back , ECASE Decision Made on 19 October
and same day receive PP request and submit my PP on 25th October to VFS Bangkok and CIC received on
27th October 11 am , now waiting , waiting and Waiting , why time is running very slow

Went there this morning: they do not accept any drop offs. I need to mail or courier it.

So they accept a courier/postman to drop something but not you? Amazing....

I sent mine by EMS Sat morning from Thailand, was delivered this morning.

I sent it myself, but so there is no confusion this was the Police Certificate, not passports.
