Yeah, I'm f*cking fed up.. With the amount of proofs we provided and this being my 4th visit to Indonesia and this time for an extended period of time, I would think it's blatantly obvious our relationship is genuine. Although I'm happy for those receiving PPR, it's also very frustrating to be left in limbo waiting for something to happen.

I understand your frustration just have to be patient.

My savings are dwindling having lived in Vietnam for the last 3 years. My health is deteriorating because the food is not sanitized on occasions and I'm losing weight each day.
If I don't receive ppr anytime soon I'll have to go back to Canada next year to sell my house that I was hoping to raise my kids in.

Really wished Singapore VO would have an orderly way of processing these applications but it seems the luck of the draw getting the right VO for our application.

I haven't even got an interview request. Which tells me they haven't looked at my application yet. I've done 5 trips to Vietnam. 3 of those after our marriage for 3 months at a time. We got a 1.5 year old daughter and 2nd child on the way. Don't know how much more genuineness they want.

I just want my GCMS notes lol. 60+ days. Really positive hearing the good news. Keep it coming keeps my hopes up.

Yeah, conditions are similar in Indonesia. Still, if I had any savings I'd live here too.

I'm at almost 80 days waiting for my notes.

Sorry that you didnt get your note yet. Our file was first reviewed on early Sep, after nearly 4 months in SVO. Some Mar applicants I know from Vietnamese facebook page got in interview queue in Sep and they know inteview date already. So if you havent heard anything until now it maybe a good sign. Just keep your hopes up!!!

My wife landed at montreal airport, the process itself took around 15 min but she did the queue for 1h30 before she saw the immigration officer. It was on early september so there was a lot of student visa to process lol.

My wife landed in Vancouver just over 2 weeks ago. She said that they asked her quite a few questions, but it was a simple process that lasted about 20 mins. The wait time to see an officer was around 45 mins.

Thanks.

there's always good and not so good news on here. For those being reunited or close to a reunion with your spouse, I'm so happy for you! to the rest of us, just hang in there! i will be praying for you guys and hopefully the waiting will come to an end soon.

I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to contact the Singapore VO to ask(confirm) they have received the documents we sent? My husband sent them by registered mail and according to SingPost it has been delievered, but we haven't heard anything from CIC yet, it has only been a week though so maybe I have to wait a little longer?

Do let me know, it's greatly appreciated!

I sent Singapore VO my passport sized photos by registered mail almost 3 months ago. I also e-mail Singapore VO to let them know I sent them but they don't reply back. I was hoping to get my GCMS notes to confirm whether they received them or not but still waiting on the GCMS notes.
