Wow

You're lucky Bro.

You'll be processed in 2-3 months through Ottawa.

-------------------------------------------------------------

How is everything with you btw?

I'm heading out to RI on Tuesday morning Cheesy

Semoga kamu beruntung! Wink

Thanks bro.

Wow, I am really lucky! That would be really nice if I can get it within 2-3 months. Do you know where I can check the timeline for Ottawa VO lately?

I am pretty good, I like the job that I just started, I miss my family tho, I haven't been back more than 2.5 years now.

Ohhh nice! I'm jealous. What is it for? just visiting?

Most people processed through Ottawa are American outland so possibly on a US outland thread.

Yeah going to visit my wife and the in laws.

Aku membiarkan pergi dari pekerjaan saya jadi aku akan pergi sampai akhir Januari dan kemudian kembali bekerja.

Hi all,

URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE!
I am ordering GCMS for the first time today for my wife. I am sure these questions has been answered before, but tried to find and couldn't!
What type of record you like? Answer: PR/Family class? I think family class
What specific file? It should be sponsored person, ryt?
Now in third part do I select Electronic notes or applications, supporting docs, correspondence?

Please help. Thanks

Wawancara ini disebut ketika CIC meragukan pernikahan. Anda sudah memiliki permintaan paspor sehingga tidak perlu khawatir.

Aku sponsor. Istri aku adalah Indonesia.

Sorry bro, my Bahasa is not the greatest.
Thank you bro..
Hope the pr processing of your wife will turn out as you expected it

Damn, I have done it wrong then! :-\
I did select the wrong one. Instead of Electronic notes I did select Applications, supporting docs, correspondence one.
Now what?!
Can I order again?

How long did the MP office take to get back to you?

When my wife and I submitted extra documents we sent a case specific enquiry to SVO and we also mailed a physical copy to SVO to their postal address.

You apply for GCMS notes through ATIP. Google apply for GCMS notes and you will see the Access to Information and Privacy link. Your wife will fill IMM5744 which is a consent to release the information to you. She fills Section A with her info and puts your info in Section C. Have her check off email to receive the notes. She will print and sign the form and then scan it and send it to you. Upload it when asked to when applying for the notes. You want to order the Permanent Residence notes and choose the electronic files.

You can apply for a TRV at any time and it won't hurt the PR application. Show as many ties as possible for your wife to her country.

ImABule, so looks like I selected 2 options wrong. I should have selected for Permanent Residence where I did "Family Class"
I should have selected Electronics file where I did select other long one.
And I should select Privacy Act ryt, NOT Access To Information Act?
Now, can I order another one right away? or will that be a problem?
How can I cancel submitted one?

Hi

You should only select Privacy Act if the PA is in Canada in which case the PA would apply for the notes themselves and no consent form is needed.

I don't know about cancelling as I've never done that before, but I imagine they will keep the $5 fee regardless.

You can order again now, I believe, as you will be making a different request this time.

Choose PR and electronic notes.

One more thing, they have changed the consent form since the post you quoted. The sponsor must now also sign Section C.

Thanks! Ordering on behalf of my wife and have new consent form signed. So ordered a new one with AITP selection and PR/Electronic.
