Few people got their interviews within 3 months of queue

really i got my interview letter after 13 month , my interview is on 29 september
they have ask for update form s and police clearance certificate

Hello all!!

Worst fear confirmed... in the interview queue!! I seriously think SVO has changed processes by issuing plenty of interview letters. This seems to be trend based on other members' experiences. Oh well, we are living in the CIC world and I am just a material girl. <-- That was for the Madonna fans!!

Like others have said, at least I know where our file is at. Once we pass the interview with flying colors, there will be a definitive end to this ordeal!!

Yeah, I don't know what CIC wants from us. BLOOD???? Anyways, I want to share our history just to demonstrate how ridiculous CIC is.

- Met in December 2013.
- Visited her three times. Once on an extended leave from work.
- Married in December 2015.
- Had traditional wedding.
- My brother and some good friends attended wedding.
- We have gone on numerous vacations in the Asian region with evidence.
- I quit a VERY well paying job in September 2015 to move there.
- We provided plenty of evidence of our relationship.

Only red flag, there is an age gap. But if that your sole reason??? GTFO!!!

Anywho, I can't complain because I am lucky enough to be living with my wife in her country. However, what upsets me is how this process is causing sooo much stress and strain on those that are not with their loved one!!!

for mines it was AO03704 from Singapore I think.

Sad to hear everyone getting interview letters.

I haven't received mines yet but there hasn't been any progress on our application either. On a positive note if
we want to see it as such at least the files are progressing with these interview letters and a decision should be made soon
after the interview.

Our status and in GCMS notes all show medical as in progress. Couple more weeks I should get my 2nd GCMS notes and see if
medical has been changed to completed.

Unbelievable, how come you get in interview queue, cic is so unconsistent :'( just compare our both timeline,
-Met in november 2014 in thailand ( no online dating
- visit her in february 2015 for 2 weeks and met her friends
- she got single entry trv and visit me from may to august 2015 she met all my family and friend
- in september I travelled to visit her for a month, met her family, we got married civil way then we did thai traditional ceremony, nobody from my family or friend attended the ceremony.
- I visited her again in march 2016 for a month.
Only possible red flag we had is different religion, catholic vs buddhist.

I cant believe that you got in interview queue with a timeline like yours
Like you said at least you are living with your wife in her country
