I would like to know if you guys know how to send passport to Singapore Visa office from Canada? As I am now here in Canada. I would like to find out the answer before passport request.

If you are in Canada and will be for 3 months after PPR there should be instruction to send your passport to Ottawa opposed to SVO.

Who makes the decision on recommended pass for eligibility? CPC-M or SVO? I thought the process is:

CPC-M - Cursory review and if pass, notes will say "Not Started"
SVO - Review and recommended pass status?
CPC-M - Final review and approval.

Yes, that is correct.

Although my notes still say not started.. It also says assigned to CPC-M reason eligibility in my activity

My previous notes before this one had a note about the additional proofs I sent.

Yes, transferred to SVO, but Activity 1 (most recent) says my file assigned for eligibility and for office is says CPC-M.

But, then my paper file location still says Registry-PS office SVO.

I've managed to become a "Champion Member" before my wife's file is even close to being complete... I imagine I'll be a "VIP member" before PPR :-X LOL
