Hello everyone,

1. How Can I order GCMS notes? Is it same as ATIP request?

2. I am going to visit my wife next week, almost after 11 months. Should I tell CIC now or once I come back and then provide them all the documents? if yes, how? scan them ? or print (tickets/pictures)?

3. how do I share my timeline on the left hand side of this page like some other people does?

Thanks,
Frustrated with the delay.

1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

You will need to have your wife complete the consent form IMM5744 and print/sign and then scan and email to you. Tell her to enter her info in section A and yours in section C and choose email to receive the file.

2. If you want to send more documentation, I suggest waiting until after the trip as you will have more of it then just saying you're going. You can scan and send through case specific enquiry but when I sent more documentation after visiting my wife the file size was too large to send. We scanned everything (boarding passes, hotel bookings, passport stamp, shopping, activity, and restaurant receipts) along with more Western Union receipts and printed a bunch of photos and more call logs and then we physically mailed it in to SVO to their PO address.

3. You must make 10 posts before you can create a profile. Once you reach ten, you can click "profile" at the top of the page and add a timeline.

Damn Iambule... you fast!!!

Welcome amipocha. Look forward to seeing your timeline. Enjoy your trip next week!!!!

Hi guys,
My wife is sponsoring me. She is Canadian citizen. My application was submitted in September 2015 as outland application. I received my both AOR1, AOR2 and SA. My both SA and PR ecas shows "in process" since December 2105. My medical has been expired almost one and half month, but no response from SVO since. Can any one clarify my situation. Any response is hugely appreciated.

I suggest you order your GCMS notes to get some insight on your case.

Why was your medical done so long before you applied?

Thanks for your reply.
My wife sponsoring me. My application was ready to submit but that time my wife lost her job. for this reason my application was submitted lately.

Met in December 2013. Visited three times for month, three months and 10 days. Since October 2015, I moved to be with wife in Vietnam. Managed to find a good job (does not pay nearly as well), but I get to be with her. We got married in December 2015. Typical traditional wedding with my one brother (my parents have passed so I am guessing my brother is good family representation) and good friends that came. I think my file is pretty straightforward but who knows. What about your situation?

It would be nice to settle in Canada. Like you, if her application does not get approved, then we will just live in Vietnam.

Your application is very good, I doubt you will wait long time. just send them all the proof

Why it took you so look? Can you share your timeline before you applied?

I ordered caips when they request an interview. It says, we married in a short time, like 7 months after we've met. Picture of wedding with the same people.

If 7 months is a short time then I'm somewhat worried as it was 10 months for me.

What do you mean picture of wedding with the same people?

It could mean they took pics with only the same people, didn't show pics of the couple with other guests perhaps.
